- Dig—their roasted chicken thigh with whatever veggies they have that week. Not gonna lie, sometimes the portion feels small, but the flavors slap so hard I forget.
- True Food Kitchen—went there twice last month. the ancient grains bowl with steak or whatever protein they have. It tastes expensive in a good way.
Full disclosure: I still order fries half the time. Or I get the healthy thing and then eat chips at home later. I’m not a health influencer. I’m just trying not to hate food.

- always get sauce on the side and then drown the bowl anyway. They give you a tiny cup, and it’s never enough.

I tried being strict once. salads every day for like three weeks in early 2025. Lost a couple pounds, felt miserable, and started dreaming about tacos. Never doing that again.
